San Antonio, Texas, The Twang Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all of the company’s digital marketing efforts (Website, social media platforms, retailer and Twang’s e-commerce initiatives).  Key to the success of this individual will be a solid and broad understanding of all key analytics and measurements that would allow the company to, on an ongoing basis, evaluate the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts.  This Digital Manager needs to be continuously up to date in the latest social media nuances and trends to ensure our brands are speaking to the right audience, in the right voice, on the right platforms.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work directly with a variety of current Twang marketing agencies that will help in the production and development of exciting, relevant, and effective content that resonates with each brand’s target audience.  The manager will also work closely with our team of influencers and spend some of their time and effort continually seeking out brand consumers and fans that are willing to provide us with “User Generated Content” that encourages their peers to endorse our exciting line of products.  Because we feel strongly that the Sr Digital Marketing Manager needs to be fully immersed in our brands and our culture, this position is in-office located in San Antonio, Texas.
Major Responsibilities

After learning about our Twang stories and brands, work with the marketing team to develop the digital/social media strategy for each brand (appropriate platform, budget, objectives by brand KPIs, preferred consumer content, etc.)
Work with our agencies to develop and place timely, effective content that connects with our brand target audiences in a way that motivates and inspires them to purchase Twang products, and, over time, become brand loyalists capable of influencing their peers to do the same
Interact as necessary with brand partners to help promote co-branded initiatives
Communicate with the Twang Sales Team to help promote new product retail placement and key retailer-specific brand promotions
Manage all assigned budgets and resources to ensure dollars are spent efficiently
Work with key retailer digital teams to assist in the collaboration of efforts to maximize brand exposure with their respective customers, both in-store and online.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (Digital emphasis a plus)
Proven work experience in digital/social media marketing with case studies demonstrating a history of quantifiable success
Strong analytic skills to be able to evaluate key social media metrics, campaign ROI, and evaluate “what works and what doesn’t work”
Highly creative with experience in devising social media campaigns that engage, inform and motivate existing and potential new customers
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an understanding of public relations
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Agency experience is a plus
Retail CPG experience a plus
Travel as necessary
