Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Marketing & Recruiting Consultant- Online Education Unit The Online Education Unit at Carnegie Mellon University offers a unique opportunity to be part of an internal “start-up” dedicated to the successful launch and delivery of online graduate degree programs, certificates and professional education.. This new unit will provide marketing , recruiting and student support services to schools across the university with ultimate responsibility for student enrollment and retention. As such, we are seeking individuals who can think strategically about launching and maintaining program enrollment while simultaneously rolling up their sleeves to get it done. The Marketing & Recruiting Consultant will provide input on strategic direction for specific projects related to effective marketing , lead generation, recruiting and yield management for three new STEM certificate programs. S/he will advise on program positioning and recruiting strategy, develop event presentations and onboarding materials as well as contribute to the creation of a communication and yield strategy. The consultant will assist with other strategic marketing and recruiting activities as needed. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience leading the recruiting strategy for graduate level programs with at least 8-10 of those in a top-tier STEM focused institution. Extensive experience successfully creating and executing a recruiting /yield strategy as well as effectively leading/collaborating on enrollment marketing activities. The consultant will provide meaningful insights that will positively impact the overall strategy, will think creatively about solutions in the face of resource constraints and develop products that reflect the quality and expectations of a world-class institution.
