National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is hiring a Marketing Manager that will serve as the bridge between program & product development, creative design, sales, and marketing to build engagement and awareness for NACE. We are a virtual organization that is operating remotely, so this position may work from most states in the U.S.!  
What you’ll do
Reporting to and working closely with NACE’s Director of Marketing, you will make a meaningful contribution to the success of both NACE and its members through the following areas of responsibility:

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, print, and in-person channels, imagining new opportunities to increase engagement and building awareness for everything NACE has to offer
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Acquia Campaign Studio to track performance of emails, social media ads, and other messaging while executing A/B tests across assignments to increase conversion
Proofread marketing copy and edit in NACE’s voice; write original copy to capture and meet intended goals
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for our marketing automation system, user-generated video platform, and project management systems
Develop and manage production schedule and email calendars for all assignments, working in tandem with internal colleagues and external designers
Collaborate with our Membership, Professional Development, Meetings & Events, Research, and Content departments to design and bring new programs, products, and services to life
What you need to thrive in this role  

You are an engaging people person who thrives on collaborating as a team player. You are naturally curious, creative, and self-motivated with exceptional cross-functional project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline preferred
4-6 years’ experience in marketing operations, management, execution, and technical fulfillment; experience working in association, membership, events marketing, or related environments preferred
Must possess excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills (and enjoy these tasks!)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Creative Cloud, Google Analytics; experience with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and virtual event platforms
Ability to travel to the NACE Conference & Expo and staff retreats as needed.
