We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Campaign Manager. Principal Responsibilities This role is part of the Asia Pacific marketing function which is focused on the strategic priorities of Global Private Banking and aims to support revenue growth for the business. Marketing for Global Private Banking focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level This role is responsible for working with the SVP Marketing in developing the Global Private Banking Marketing Events & Sponsorship plan, strategy and framework for delivery of all Global events, 3rd party sponsorships and coordination of locally deployed activity Assisting to define objectives, targets and measurement MI and evaluation of success criteria within planned activity Working with other teams within Global Marketing, GB&M and CMB to define event deliverables, content and messaging and deploy accordingly Assisting in development and delivery of external marketing events and activation of 3rd party sponsorships Development of flexible campaign frameworks that support the overall Global Masterbrand Strategy, category brand objectives and work across a range of communication channels and platforms Responsible for the effectiveness of the event and sponsorship planning process within local Marketing Teams including the briefing and co-ordination of all planned communication activities ??? specifically, PR, media relations and stakeholder and internal communication and engagement that supports or promotes the activities Day to day responsibility for interaction with agreed agency partners in the development and delivery of Global GPB Marketing events and sponsorship activities and providing feedback on performance and the development and monitoring of performance against agreed SLAs Requirements Requirements Minimum 5 years broad based business experience, ideally within a Financial Services based institution A range of Brand and Marketing Communications planning and operational experience, in the management and delivery of events Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts Experience of managing agencies, driving for greater value and application of resource Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
