Builds email campaigns within content designer tool, develops segmentation, and deploys campaigns.
Compiles performance data of promotional and partnership efforts based on established KPIs.
Assesses performance of consumer facing efforts, spanning multiple channels.
Collaborates with Business Intelligence to understand metrics, to make recommendations regarding the effectiveness and prioritization of messages and member touchpoints.
Work to develop strong, collaborative and positive relationships inside and outside of Choice.
Supports Manager with Learning Agenda activation and measurement, and as an ongoing effort, working with Business Intelligence on test design and measurement structure.
Think holistically to ensure all channels are fully leveraged to support marketing and promotional consumer-facing efforts.
Assist with the implementation and measurement of marketing campaigns including National CP promotions and partnership advertising initiatives.
Leverage industry best practices and Choice Marketing performance metrics to optimize creative campaign and implement key learnings.
Partner with the Content and Ch.com team to foster Test and Learn capabilities that push our Marketing and promotional efforts to drive incremental awareness, consideration, and revenue.
Consistently remain abreast of competitor campaign efforts, new MarTech efforts and budding Consumer facing trends to ensure Choice is remaining competitive and optimizing the omni channel marketing experience.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in marketing/communications at an advertising agency, in-house advertising/marketing communications department, or brand management function.
Previous experience with loyalty programs or customer relationship management is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, or related field, from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
Good understanding and knowledge of integrated marketing communication in both traditional and new media and strong understanding of how to implement projects within an advertising and marketing environment with an understanding of compiling and assessing campaign performance metrics.
Passion for measurement and analytics, with the goal to optimize campaigns and test new capabilities.
Naturally curious around testing strategies, able to work thorough ambiguity to solve questions and launch new campaigns through MarTech capabilities.

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, Loyalty Marketing. You will have 1 peer teammate and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
Your Work Location
As our Customer Relationship Marketing Senior Analyst, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located directly across from the Rockville Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.
Right now, our associates in Rockville, MD are working in a hybrid environment, up to four days per week in the office and working virtually the remaining days. We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing communication with your leadership to establish expectations about your unique needs.
